ORGANIZATIONAL AND WEB RESOURCES
FOR COHEALING AND COLEADING THE HUMAN FAMILY

Most family therapy and family focused organizations have good to excellent balance of female and male participation (look at their membership, leadership and structure, partners and goals, to be sure). However, that may or may NOT reflect the part of the world they are functioning in and missioned to heal the human family in, which may or may not be meeting the 1995 Beijing Conference Guideline minimum standards for women's representation and gender balance. In any case, they offer resouces to and from women as well as men around the world, and therefore, present opportunity for whole world shift toward greater heeding of the Beijing guidelines and worldwide understanding on gender relations for peace and sustainability for the human family everywhere.

Therefore, as much as possible, each Organization's Point of Origin is presented here accompanied by these relevant links with easy to find information on that part of the planet's current official city/state and/or national women's (balance of gender) representation
national legislature gender representation %/rank      state/provincial/cantonic (legislature %/rank appears at end of each info page;) and family leave policies affecting region;

This will give you a sense for "how much gender and generational healing" is needed in the local area of the organization's origin, remembering that there are many examples on peace and social/environmental sustainability including http://www.womenwarpeace.org/issues/elections/election.htm the Beijing Women's Conference in 1995, indicated at least a minimum standard of 30% as urgent, and a sustainable 36% presence of women as well as men with an potential ideal of 50-50 in representative office, as a critically necessary determinant for functional peaceful, environmentally sustainable democracy for the human family and true governmental representation of women's values and insights on family, community and future, as well as men's, and equally important, that developmental experts indicate a infant best receive 18-24 months of close bonding, with mothers, involved parents i.e. optimally BOTH parents who can bond with each other as well as their child, as caring parents in their new roles, and with family and community (see kidshealth article on bonding, bonding for a future and bonding for development of self and spirit as a minimum, for fulfillment of the human potential for endowed individual personality, ethical/empathic (recognition of both self and other) and intellectual development from generation to generation.

PEACE, HEALTH, PEERHOOD AND KINSHIP:
RECOGNIZING AND VALUING PEER SIBLINGHOOD/SISTERHOOD and BROTHERHOOD AND EXTENDED PEER KINSHIP

Whereas "Honor Thy Father and Mother" is often anciently (rather than alphabetically) applied toward a hierarchical family and social organization in which in reality, fathers/men may be valued more highly than mothers/females and children; "Honor Thy Mother and Father (it may be best to reparatively balance and/or vary the order of presentation) with Equal Respect", and a focus on mothers/parents as co-parents and children; and especially, the children's relationships with each other throughout life "Honor Thy Siblings" and by extension, "Honor Thy Cousins as Extended Sisters and Brothers and All Thy World as Kin", prepare the consiousness to function in more democratic and mutual spirit; necessary for a fragile yet highly technologically developed planet. It is also necessary to Honor, in the sense of Valuing, Infancy Childhood, as so much of adult behavior, including creativity and kindness, is strongly impacted by childhood experience. The study and understanding of family constellation and its hierarchical/hetererchal balances, particularly regarding gender, and birth order and generational aspects of mutual cooperation, including sibling relationships of sisterhood and brotherhood and their interaction with extended family and community, is especially worthwhile in a fulfilled and deeper systemic vision for a sustainable, longer-lived human family on earth. Global Family and Community Genealogy-Anthropology Diagramming Aids: Genograms and Ecomaps and Other Family Trees

AGGIFTA recommends that family trees, genograms, ecomaps, mindmaps, timelines and other diagrams be used to achieve deep systems insights into the micro-macro interactions of the psychological and social in family, community and geobiographical understanding of humanity on earth. These diagrams can be hand drawn and software for their production is available as well, and AGGIFTA recommends utilization of all the available templates, and software programs as a thank you to ALL the dedicated pioneers in this area who persevered in their efforts despite a cultural skew that has too long valued technology without caring for and understanding the local and global family-community it was meant to serve. Such aids are best used in conjunction with: family democracy for both genders resources, such as The Tree of Life\ and Love Ballot and Resources (see above) in order to allow families and communities to gain perspective on the gender and empowerment systemics in which their generations have been embedded and are now healing/changing as humanity evolves to higher levels of literacy, democratic-ethical functioning and more mutual and fully inclusive spiritual consciousness, world community and respect for humanity's interrelated whole as an extended family. This allows the changes of the micro system to benefit the macro system, interactively, since family and community awareness is a part of citizenship, which is a critical part of pro-social concern and development of extensive empathy and a full understanding of self within system, locally and globally.

Resources on the "Soular-Solar" Transformation to Sustainable Energies and Economics

Studies such as i.e. http://gas.sagepub.com/cgi/content/abstract/19/4/506 have shown that when decision-making bodies included a critical mass of both genders, female as well as male, policies emerge that are more protective of environmental sustainability and society-wide benefits. What could be better for the soul! As organizations include a more equal presence of women along with men as decision-makers, attention to solar and other renewable energy alternatives increases; with benefits to everyone, both soular and solar! Imagine if every family therapy and policy organizations could point to solar energy utilization as part of its sustainably healthy impact. Here are some examples of soular-solar therapy for the world including therapists who have incorporated solar resources into their places of work and homes, and additional resources:
