RECOGNIZING AND VALUING PEER SIBLINGHOOD/SISTERHOOD and BROTHERHOOD AND EXTENDED PEER KINSHIP

Whereas "Honor Thy Father and Mother" is often anciently (rather than alphabetically) applied toward a hierarchical family and social organization in which in reality, fathers/men may be valued more highly than mothers/females and children; "Honor Thy Mother and Father (it may be best to reparatively balance and/or vary the order of presentation) with Equal Respect", and a focus on mothers/parents as co-parents and children; and especially, the children's relationships with each other throughout life "Honor Thy Siblings" and by extension, "Honor Thy Cousins as Extended Sisters and Brothers and All Thy World as Kin", prepare the consiousness to function in more democratic and mutual spirit; necessary for a fragile yet highly technologically developed planet. It is also necessary to Honor, in the sense of Valuing, Infancy Childhood, as so much of adult behavior, including creativity and kindness, is strongly impacted by childhood experience. The study and understanding of family constellation and its hierarchical/hetererchal balances, particularly regarding gender, and birth order and generational aspects of mutual cooperation, including sibling relationships of sisterhood and brotherhood and their interaction with extended family and community, is especially worthwhile in a fulfilled and deeper systemic vision for a sustainable, longer-lived human family on earth.
